Yes, to reserve your desired arch and date of your event, a 50% deposit is required.

How much does it cost to deliver and how does that process work?

The cost to rent an arch has many factors in figuring that price, location of ceremony, will it be inside, outside, or on the beach, how long you want to keep the arch, and the labor involved with the arch you choose. For example, a few of the arches in my inventory require 2 vehicles for delivery and 3 staff members to assemble the arch.

Am I able to change my order after it has been placed?

Absolutely, if you change your mind and want a different arch for your wedding day, if it's available, I will make it happen! I will always go the extra mile to make all my clients happy.

What is the policy for a damaged or broken arch?

If the arch is damaged by a client or a client's guest beyond normal wear and tear, the client is responsible for those damages.

Are we able to pick up our order instead of having it delivered?

No, the process of stabilizing and assembling the arches is an involved process and requires a trained individual.

Do you have preferred vendors that you work with to create your arches?

Yes, I have many people/vendors I have worked with and would recommend.

Can the arch be moved from the ceremony to the reception?

Yes, depending on the distance it needs to be moved and which arch you choose and the degree of difficulty that arch is to move will determine the price to move the arch.
